ppvib Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ppvib platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and ppvib ("ppvib", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ppvib website at ppvib.org and all associated services, features, games, and betting products offered therein. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any ppvib service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the ppvib platform.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any other persons who interact with the ppvib platform in any capacity. ppvib reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ppvib will notify registered members via the contact details held on file. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility
Use of the ppvib platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. ppvib reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to close accounts that do not satisfy these requirements.
ppvib is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Registering as a minor or allowing a minor to use your account constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held.
Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain an active account on ppvib, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
- You must provide a valid, active Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control. This number serves as your primary account identifier and contact address.
- You must not be prohibited from gambling by any applicable law or court order, and you must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with ppvib or any other gambling operator that is currently in effect.
- You must not be a current employee, director, consultant, contractor, agent, or family member of a person employed by ppvib or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
2. Account Registration and Security
Registration Requirements
Each individual may hold only one registered account on ppvib. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your membership. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
- You must provide your own Bangladeshi mobile number. Registering with a mobile number that belongs to another person is prohibited.
- You may not register more than one account. Where multiple accounts are identified, ppvib will permanently close all associated accounts and any balances held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. ppvib will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
- You must notify ppvib immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or that your login credentials have been compromised.
Identity Verification (KYC)
ppvib may require identity verification (KYC) at any stage of your membership — at registration, when processing a withdrawal, when applying for an increased withdrawal limit, or when ppvib reasonably suspects that account activity is inconsistent with your stated identity or source of funds. KYC requests will be communicated via the mobile number or email address registered to your account. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified in the request may result in temporary or permanent account suspension and withholding of withdrawal processing until verification is completed.
Account Closure by Member
You may request to close your ppvib account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before an account can be closed, all active bonus balances will be forfeited and any pending withdrawal requests will be processed according to the standard withdrawal timeline. ppvib will confirm account closure in writing to the mobile number registered to the account.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Terms
ppvib accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfer options. The minimum deposit is ৳100. All deposits are subject to the following conditions:
- Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from a payment account that does not belong to the registered ppvib account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
- ppvib does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile money provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their standard transaction fees. ppvib has no control over third-party transaction fees and accepts no liability for them.
- ppvib reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if there are reasonable grounds to believe the deposit is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. ppvib processes the majority of withdrawals to bKash and Nagad within 5-10 minutes of approval. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- A minimum withdrawal amount of ৳200 applies. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- ppvib may require KYC verification to be completed before processing a withdrawal where the account has not previously been verified, or where the withdrawal amount exceeds the standard non-verified limit.
- Active bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only cleared real-money balances that have met all applicable rollover conditions are eligible for withdrawal.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
General Bonus Terms
ppvib offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered, including applicable wagering requirements (rollover). By claiming any bonus, you confirm your acceptance of both these general Terms and the specific terms attached to that bonus offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements (rollover) represent the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the bonus offer page. The following general rules apply to all ppvib bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms:
- Bonuses must be used within the validity period specified on the offer. Unused bonus amounts that expire within their validity window will be removed from the account without notice.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per household, per device, and per payment method unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or shared payment methods constitutes bonus abuse.
- ppvib reserves the right to void any bonus and to reclaim any winnings derived from that bonus if ppvib determines, in its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the specific bonus conditions.
- ppvib reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to a bonus offer will not affect bonuses already claimed and in progress, except where ppvib has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse.
Prohibited Bonus Activities
The following activities are expressly prohibited in connection with bonus claims and will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus, any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension: placing bets on both sides of a market to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage betting); using bonus funds in a manner designed to minimise risk rather than engage in genuine gameplay; coordinating with other accounts to distribute bonus winnings; or using any automated system, bot, or scripting tool to manipulate bonus eligibility or wagering progress.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ppvib platform. ppvib reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold or forfeit any balances associated with such an account where permitted by these Terms.
- Using the platform while underage or knowingly allowing an underage individual to access or use your account.
- Attempting to defraud ppvib or other users through collusion, chip dumping, false chargebacks, or any other form of fraudulent activity.
- Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to give an unfair advantage in betting markets or casino games.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the ppvib platform in any way that facilitates money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards ppvib staff or other platform users through any channel, including support communications.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the ppvib platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, text, logos, software, game interfaces, and all other materials displayed or made available through ppvib.org, are the intellectual property of ppvib or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the content on the ppvib platform.
The ppvib brand name, logo, and all associated trade marks are the exclusive property of ppvib. Use of any ppvib trade mark without prior written consent from ppvib is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised use of ppvib intellectual property may result in legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppvib, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the ppvib platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not ppvib has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ppvib does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ppvib shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a temporary service outage, platform maintenance, payment processing delays caused by third-party mobile money providers, or any force majeure event including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications network failures.
8. Responsible Gaming
ppvib is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform provides tools to help members manage their gambling activity, including voluntary deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available through the account settings panel and can be activated at any time. ppvib encourages all members to use these tools proactively and to treat gambling as a form of entertainment, not a source of income.
Any member who believes their gambling is causing harm to themselves or others is encouraged to contact ppvib support at [email protected] to discuss responsible gaming options, including temporary or permanent self-exclusion. ppvib will process all self-exclusion requests immediately and without question. 9. Account Suspension and Termination
Suspension by ppvib
ppvib reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ppvib has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the member has breached these Terms or any specific bonus terms; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purposes; (c) the account holder does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in Section 1; or (d) ppvib is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or instruction from a competent authority. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ppvib will notify the account holder via the registered mobile number as soon as reasonably practicable.
Balances on Termination
Where an account is closed by ppvib due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be handled according to the circumstances of the breach. Where the closure is the result of prohibited conduct or fraud, ppvib reserves the right to forfeit all balances. Where the closure is for administrative reasons unrelated to the member's conduct, any genuine real-money balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completion of any outstanding KYC or AML requirements.
10. Governing Law and Amendments
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. ppvib's primary dispute resolution process is internal: any member with a complaint is encouraged to contact [email protected] in the first instance so that ppvib can attempt to resolve the matter directly. ppvib aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between you and ppvib. You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without ppvib's prior written consent. ppvib may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
Amendments
ppvib reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ppvib will provide reasonable advance notice to registered members via SMS to the mobile number registered to the account. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or updates to contact details) may be made without advance notice. The current version of these Terms is always the version published at ppvib.org/terms-conditions and bears the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this document. Your continued use of the ppvib platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
